Raman Spectroscopy Investigation of Graphene Oxide Reduction by Laser Scribing

Laser scribing has been proposed as a fast and easy tool to reduce graphene oxide (GO) for wide range of applications. Here, we investigate laser reduction GO under processing material parameters, such scan speed, number passes, coverage. We use Raman spectroscopy the characterization obtained materials. demonstrate that speed is most influential parameter, slower yields poor reduction. The passes where coverage higher, producing significant improvement on second pass. Material least it affects only restricted conditions.
